    Brown's message to nuclear sub commanders released.

    Don't bother trying to launch the nukes. Me and Tony sold them all back in '99 to some middle eastern chap for some magic beans that he said would make our economy grow forever.
    How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
