What, 45 seconds to reach the orgasm or to fall sleep?
I should have explained. I last the full 2-2.25minutes before the "vinegar stroke", then another 45 seconds till blissful snoozums. The best 3 minutes of the day................IMHO!!
I believe that makes me Joe Average!!

I find I need less sleep as I get older. I feel quite good for most of the week on less than 6hours sleep a night although it may catch up with me a bit by Friday. I do suffer some insomnia and recently been finding coffee especially when combined with high cocoa content dark chocolate within at least 2 or 3 hours of going to bed is a big no-no. Stress doesn't help, but in my case it depends on the type of stress whether it keep me awame or not.
I use the stronger version of Nitol just a few times a year (or NightAll?), and it does help.
If I have a bad night and have very little sleep I actually have raging hormones in the morning if I never had 'any' the night before - god forbid any lady beside me - corrr
Oh, and if the brain's whirring away as you put your head on the pillow... don't watch telly or have an argument or think about work too much or anything like that for the last hour and a half before bed. Do something else, clear the head. Sex works quite well too... the body's own 'opiates' can be a no-sleep cure.
My doctor recommended no telly for an hour or two before bed. Apparently it takes that long for the brain to process the images. Apparently you shouldn't read in bed either; you should train yourself that bed is for sleeping, not reading.
