Oh, I thought Oestrogen would fool the female body into thinking it was pregnant, thus preventing egg production, and thus preventing it from becoming really pregnant. In time, the populations of China and India would diminish, until eventually our problem had gone away.

If I'm wrong I'm glad you told me. I was going to suggest testing it on the French.
