If you are a contractor and they terminated your contract within the terms of the contract then you have no recourse. One of their terms may well be on issues of conduct, which they think you have breached. The only way to fight this is to take them to court, where all your rather embarrassing experiences will be on public display. Do you really want this?

It's someone who wants to remind us about one of MF's more embarrassing moments.

Are you really a contractor? If so, just apologise to the client for your appalling behaviour and leave and never look back. Make no attempt to contact anyone at that site again for at least ten years. And don't behave like that again, you unprofessional numpty. Go into permie work, keep your head down, your gob shut and your hands and mind off the more vulnerable colleagues.

Are you permie? If so, expect to get sacked as a minimum. I suggest you just apologise to your employer and offer your immediate resignation without notice, leave the premises and never return. Make no attempt to contact anyone at that site again for at least ten years. And don't behave like that again, you unprofessional numpty. And don't you dare go contracting and start giving us lot a bad name.

I'm surprised they didn't ditch you earlier for your appalling command of the English language.

Would it be politically incorrect to say:

"This is what happens when management employ cheap foreigners to do our jobs: poor communication and abuse of staff because of cultural differences"

                      ?
