I suspect because we worked in the same dept at the last client site, that questions could well be asked.

Professionally, he isnt very good. He was actually terminated for unsound work at the last client but another manager who was a mate brought him back! Eyebrows were raised and questions were asked about that I can assure you. When he came back he worked in another area but people told me they'd regularly complain about his lack of work. When his last contract ran out, he wasnt renewed.

      As a person, he's racist.

      But good advice nonetheless.
I couldn't give two fornicators! Yes, really!

Is he a cowardly rascist? i.e. only says things behind their backs?

Wait till he gets off site and kick him in the nads, explain to him that is how it feels to be racially abused
Who has time? Who has time? But then if we do not ever take time, how can we ever have time?

Nothing special in that but, this character is really, really obnoxious and a racist to boot. Every other word that comes out of his mouth is 'F' this, 'F' that. The other words are the 'N' word, 'coon' and 'black bastards.'

I really dont know how this guy manages to find work but that's another matter. I dont want to be associated with this person.

What should I do if Im asked about this person seeing as we 'worked' at the same client site previously?
Could almost be talking about me.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

That's always the best way - clients should know that if you can't find anything positive to say, then the guy is useless.

If they don't know that, then more fool them.
