This whole 'April Fool' theory is just a way of letting all those involved off the hook with a 'ha ha just kidding' excuse.

This is a spin / damage limitation / face saving tactic.

I don't believe it was a joke, even if they say 'ah but it was'.

I want to change my vote, I don't believe it was an April Fools for the following reasons:

- it's past 12, no "ha ha ha got y'all" from Admin
- not just mods were banned
- Admin didn't seem too impressed this morning
- it's gone eerily quiet on the reasoning point of view

(I suspect there's some mod going on in the headteachers office)

My personal theory is that Cojak & RH started it as an April fools joke but it got out of hand and Admin hasn't found it terribly funny.
