Desire's shares plunged 36pc to 70.6p as management admitted it had found sandstone but no oil in its Rachel prospect. ... Seymour Pierce, the oil explorer's house broker, was more upbeat, saying Desire's "portfolio of prospects is extensive and does offer potentially huge upside".
Did they include potential war with Argentina+some other Latin American states in that "upside"?
The probable date of such was would be the "gap" years when two new UK aircraft carriers won't have any aircraft on them, sometime between 2016 and 2018 - remember you heard it on here first...
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
