Yeah, opens the kitchen window when cooking. Keeps heaters in the porch as well and in the kid's room. Uses a hot water bottle as well. We used to have a variant on that problem with the air-conditioning. The ex-mrs HAB didn't do it; she wasn't that silly. However, when we had visitors from the UK they would keep leaving doors and windows open while leaving the a/c running. Poor little a/c was doing it's wot-nots in trying to cool and dehumidify the whole of a tropical island and driving up HAB's 'leccy bill in the process.Originally posted by Fat Dave View PostMine does that, then opens the French Windows "to let some fresh air in".How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
