I must admit I do prefer a bloke who uses a bit of soap now and again and is more interested in the pub. Old fashioned like.

No actually no homophobic..... many Homosexual men are very blokish..... and (I guess) many Plumbers are homosexual (that was your stereotype not mine)......

AFAIK David Beckam, Frank Lampard and many other FootyBoys are not Homosexual (possibly homophobic) but they are (do sometimes appear as) somewhat self-obsessed and overly vain and "effeminate"..... its the over indulgence that gets me (not the sexuality).......

although... if your "plumber" regularly comes round for a bit of pampering and he hasn't tried to <insert euphemism of choice> you - I would begin to suspect his sexuality as well as his self obsession and vanity
