To be fair (Admin) who will be reading this has given his opinion and has allowed Menaleus to keep his login (and a few others )

So from his perspective nothing untoward has happened 'behind the CUK' scenes I would assume. So you have to take this guy on face value.

IMO. I don't see or understand what personal benefit he would derive from attempting to keep these 'relationships' he has with members of the board. Posting on CUK is annoyingly addictive, but it's not 'real interaction' in the classical sense.

Menaleus, has no reason to be here to make pennance(sic), it's not as if he is forced to come here, it is not as if he needs to come here(in a physical sense as opposed to if you had to go back to where your parents lived, your family lived) etc.

So on that basis. I cannot understand why you would want to be here unless it is for a personal selfish reason. And if so it is up to members to treat you as they find you and ignore you if so means).

Can I refute this? Yes. I have not "stalked" anyone, ever, and would consider the suggestion that I might have to be quite insulting.

I have also made it clear that I have a separate email address that people can contact me with if they wish.

The advice may be a bit late IMHO. If I still worked in a position where I recruited in the Fin Servs sector and read this thread your chances of getting any role in the future are zero. Also from the t'interweb I notice your persona has spoken at/appeared at/written for various conferences and the like. Again any linkage to your name (whichever you choose) would mean a no-go.

Seems strange you'd risk future employment options by posting here.

Could you answer a question in a future interview about this if asked ?

Yes, as a consequence of sending one text message to my (at the time) wife at a time of shock and panic having not been told that I was not allowed to do so (this being my first and only contact with the police).

As for the arrest in October 2007 - no charges were brought in relation to this.
