There's a little too much self pity disguised as self depreciation going on here.

Give it a rest. You had some issues, you got some medicine, it doesn't magically turn you into a nice guy so stop trying to be. You might not be selling it, but I'm not buying it either.

Anyway menelaus you've had your say - none of us can really tell if you're genuine with this thread or not.
Personally I like to give people the benefit of the doubt until they prove otherwise so for my part I will treat your contributions on CUK just I do everyone elses - so don't be offended if I call you a Cretin now and then.

Being called a cretin by a fellow SAS-head would be the least I can take.

This man is not guilty of manslaughter, he is only guilty of being Arnold J. Rimmer. That is his crime, it is also his punishment. The defence rests.
I hope your shrink didn't mention the rest of the quote

FFS. You just can't answer a straight question can you. Your OP talks about "Helen" and your company is called Menelaus. Why can't you just say I use Menelaus because it alludes to getting "Helen" back.

You don't call your company after some obscure (to most people) Homeric hero by accident.

Maybe you dropped your surname maybe you didn't but surely an intelligent man like yourself would try to be a little less pretentious when trying to get back on the straight and narrow.

I hope nobody is insane enough to email this guy, he still, in my opinion, has issues.

I just thought he was referring to Georgina by her CUK user name?
