I'm sorry but I don't believe that the legal system is so poor that the Judge would not have weighed the evidence properly. If he didn't get all the evidence, why not? I find it hard to believe someone would accept a criminal record for "love".

I've had no contact with "Helen" since August 2007 and nor do I intend to have any contact with her in the future. Even without the restraining order I would not have had contact with her.

As for my taking stick - I like it here, I like the sense of community and I know that I need to have a thick skin.
