On recent form, I'd have to disagree, Nick.

Maybe the current tay isn't quite the tay of the past, and (as we know) he and I have had numerous spats in the past. That said, I can think of better candidates in need of heavier moderation than he (at the moment, and this may well come back to bite me).

Well I'm going to do my best - I've done this kind of thing since I was at school, watching the ebb and flow of various sides in the playground.

PS - You’ll never guess, but I voted to keep CUK the way it is!

And you’ll also probably never guess the work it takes to keep it that way. So to stop it descending into anarchy and subsequent desertion and disuse (CCNet, anyone?), it needs to be moderated - and I have my own way of even-handedness...
