Warren Buffet's Management Secrets, by Mary Buffet and David Clark.
Not just for the investor, there's a chapter on identifying good companies to work for. High gross profit margin and consistent earnings per share = more opportunities for those working there. I don't see this as being restricted to employees, as contractors working at such companies can get to play with nice shiny new kit and interesting projects too.
