I have noticed a disturbing pattern in all websites claiming to aid self diagnosis of minor medical inconveniences. Search almost any symptom, like headache, burping, acid indigestion, ingrowing beard hair etc and you’ll inevitably be told you may have an incurable form of cancer. Don’t let Wilmslow anywhere near an internet.

Self Diagnosis and Hypochondria
And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014 -
Does that mean that the diagnosis that I am a nutter might be wrong? How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I once goolged "night sweats". The result was pretty much aids or cancer. The real reason, in the end, was that I was getting a bit fat.Comment

Cancer and known communicable diseases are about the only things not wrong with me. I seem to have everything else that goes with living a life of excess and the consequences of getting old.Originally posted by Mich the Tester View PostFlim flim bam bam ftang ftang wooooo…
