Time to celebrate by having a cigaretteOriginally posted by Cliphead View PostNo cigarettes
First four days were hardest but no problem now.
mmmm lovely ciggies
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

Well done!!!!Originally posted by Cliphead View PostNo cigarettes

I quit myself on 14th of January after 25 years of smoking. I'm using an electronic nicotine inhaler (electronic cigarette if you prefer), but I've not smoked any tobacco at all since then.
Not put on any weight either unlike in my other stopping attempts, but that's probably because I'm still somewhat nicotine addicted.Comment

Considered using patches etc but in the end did it cold turkey. After almost two weeks pretty much no cravings and feel like I've finally kicked it.Originally posted by TykeMerc View PostWell done!!!!
