    I've gone through this, made the mistake of finishing last contract in Feb but only started signing on beginning of May, but you live and learn. My wife is also out of work (and now pregnant) she was on JSA Conts but they messed it up and paid for longer than it should have. Now she will go onto JSA IB but no one is going to hire her 15 wks pregnant so I am sure she is now classed as a dependant of me. (After the birth and suppose I'm in work, can I pay myself Paternity pay?)

    Filling in the JSA forms is a right joke, the mistake was that we got married and that we are living together!

    Oh and that I'm not from another country seeking asylum.
