Holy Cow! I didn't expect that in India.

Salted duck eggs mashed in rice. My mates mum used to make that. Scrummy!

Tatty Hash with corned beef and a slice of beetroot!

Come to think of it, being a bit of a russophile - borshch. Is it a soup or meal, we just don't know and all the better for the pigs knuckle floating about in it. Don't put sour cream in it tho, makes it go pink and I'm not eating a gay soup.

That's reminded me, I haven't had Kippers for breakfast for years.

With free fishy burps all through the day... Yum

Corned beef hash with beans, mmmmm, think I'll make that this weekend.

                Nothing wrong with pink soup.

No way! Not even for foreigners who are happy to defile sacred animals?

At least console yourself with the fact that the new McD's 'CBO' (Chicken,Bacon,Onion) burger is nice. I know cos i had one for dinner yesterday along with a double cheeseburger to wash it down. Mmmmm.

A couple of dishes I had when I used to live in Spain:

                      1) Octupus in it's own ink. Comes in a bowl and the "ink" is pitch black.

                      2) Pig's ear in tomatoe sauce, served as a tapa, very crunchy, not surprisingly !
