Interests will stay low - the ones on your deposits.

The interest rates on your loans will soon rise - with UK inflation oficially at 3.5% it is only a matter of time before you will pay 8% on your mortgage.

              Largest peacetime deficit?

Who is paying for our "operations" in Afghanistan?

Wake up and smell the napalm Mr King, we're at war!

Mr King could do with telling them again! I get paid on Friday.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

                I preferred version 1!

I think it is more likely that the Argies have realised that all our troops are fully committed elsewhere and they could well be right.

This time they are gathering an alliance and there is oil to be had there.

I guess though they'd want to wait until exploration has been confirmed and expensive offshore platforms are fully operational...

WHS. And they realise we're bankrupt. It would cost a few billion to mount an operation like that in 1981.
