      Most people are stuffed when it comes to buying a house. It's not just a case of being skint and getting by. It is impossible to get a house on average wages and bring up kids in the Sarf East. If only that nice Mr. King would pop up the interest rates to about 7%, we can have the proper phase of house price 'adjustment' and get back to normal...

        WHS. Unfortunately I gather the UK economy is inextricably dependent on forever rising house prices.
