The government sponsored chav breeding program is going to have a detrimental affect for generations to come. The problems generated by this are only just starting to come to light, it is a real shame.

Its a shame fascism gave Euthanasia a bad name. It could be done humanely- limiting the number of children based on IQ with high IQ families given huge child benefits while chavs are sterilized after one.
