          Talisker is a kind of special case, very smoky. I usually only have one. Maybe two.

          If Talisker were a cup of tea, it would be Lapsang Soochong. If it were a voice, it would be Leonard Cohen.

            Only had a 10-year Talisker as it was more expensive than others, was ok but a bit raw. Balvenie 12-year double-wood is one of my favourites, also Highland Park 12 year - tried an 18-year one but didn't like it as much.

            I had a Japanese whisky - Yamazaki 10 year - and was very impressed.
