He makes it sound like having a load of money means that you have to live a lavish and materialistic lifestyle.
It might be a bit naive to say this, but what's wrong with just living a 'normal' life and enjoying the security that all the money brings you?Comment

He learnt how to make money. But failed to learn how to live a meaningful life.
When there is no need of money and earned enough, still have plenty of time,he should have spent atleast 3 months in a year with underprivileged kids
(for ex...orphanage) without disclosing his identity.Caring for them...spend time with old age people who found none to talk to...or a full time charity worker...
If you are looking for a service you would get professional service attached with ...whatever mentioned. nice..act.....If you are servicing for others keeping all the egos out...there is a life which is soul searching meaningful life...
Need of the hour...for us ...financial security with limited time for charity...
Once met...there is a life beyond materialistic things..Last edited by BoltonLad; 9 February 2010, 10:33.Comment

If he is unhappy being rich then he is definitely going to be unhappy being poor.
As they saying goes, "You can't buy happiness, but you can sure take a long lease on it"How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I'm okay with lots of money...its the materialism that can really make you unhappy.McCoy: "Medical men are trained in logic."

Oh flip, am I really on CUK?
Well there's me, myself and I, my wife and daughter then there's the bank manager I went to see yesterday because their 'near limit overdraft alarm' must have gone off, I only went to get some professional interaction.
My next bit of excitement will be finding out what happens next month when no bills get paid.
It looks as though I'll be very happy soon.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave JohnsonComment

There was this old guy , right. And he was making soup by the side of the road, on a nice warm summers day. Enjoying the sun, the birds singing in the trees.
A young fellow came along the dusty road and stopped for a chat.
'Hey old man, I am off to that city yonder, whats it like ?'
'Well what was the place like where you just came from ?'
'Oh it was fantastic, the people were friendly and generous, I would love to go back one day'
'Well, young man, this is your lucky day. In the city yonder the people are the friendliest in the world and generous and kind. You will love it'
Half an hour later a second young fellow came along the dusty road and stopped for a chat.
'Hey old man, I am off to that city yonder, whats it like ?'
'Well what was the place like where you just came from ?'
'Oh it was horrible, the people were unfriendly and all thieves, I will never go back there'
'Well, young man, this is your unlucky day. In the city yonder the people are unfriendly and nasty. You will hate it'
