That's rather unsociable, don't you think?

I actually spend more time in the bar and spa than I do in the gym. I can’t exercise in the evenings but Mrs Jog does. I get my Saturday morning 10k run in every week and try and go in the mornings but that doesn’t really happen much when I’m in a gig. When benched I’m there 3-4-times a week.

Outdoor pool at Hampton? I must have missed it?! How odd I’ve been going 5 years as well!

I looked at migrating to Canada a while back, and they have a 2 year waiting time for the visa. On the plus side, though - you don't need a job offer to get one, they are much more relaxed about letting you in, and it's a doddle to get citizenship if that's what you want longer term.

          Bit cold in Canada!

Plus, my brother's in Australia and I'd like to be in the same country

Having used the Reading DL for a number of years, it's as good as any other. I've used all the facilities apart from classes.

They can be a bit anal about parking there though...

Not at Amida, it's on the main road between the river & Hampton Hill.

Australia has too many things that can kill you, and is too far away - the thought of having to tell my parents and in-laws that I'm taking their grandchildren half-way round the world is not something I would relish.

Just get yourself one of those Oracle parking passes Or IIRC they don't check at all in the Xansa car park - free Reading park and ride, anyone?

Easily solved. Tell them you’ll be going too.
