I really am not concerned about the opinions of a whole load of arse covering beaurocrats who are now, in various degrees of nausea inducing cowardice, extricating themselves from any complicity with the decision to go to war.
IMO that is what the Chilcot enquiry is about. Its an expensive PR exercise for any stakeholder politicians to advocate responsibility for what has happened.
The war happened and instead of enquiries into wy it happened maybe they should be concentrating on what to do about it.

Much like the Saville enquiry... 11 years and over £200M means only the most serious matters can be justified as worthy of an enquiry
