'Most explicit show ever' coming to the UK

'Most explicit show ever' coming to the UK

A TV programme described as the most sexually explicit ever made is expected to hit UK screens this summer.

Spartacus: Blood And Sand debuted in the US last week and features full-frontal nudity and sex scenes, as well as graphic violence.

The series focuses on the Roman gladiator Spartacus, who led a major slave uprising against the Roman Republic.

The cast includes Four Weddings And A Funeral star John Hannah, as well as Lucy Lawless, who is best known for her role as Xena: Warrior Princess.

Speaking about the series, Lucy said: "I think a lot of people are going to be shocked and they are going to shut off their televisions.

"And I absolutely encourage that because if they're shocked by the first few episodes, it ain't going to let up. But for the people who have the stomach for it, this is a bloody good yarn."
Crikey something to look forward to.

I wonder if Lucy Lawless plays a topless female gladiator?

She's getting on a bit, and things are heading south...

Now, there is some good eye candy, as discussed in a thread about this some days ago that I'm too lazy to dig up.

"Do you like films about gladiators?" suddenly takes on a new meaning

Strangely enough she looked better in Battlestar Galactica then she did in Xena Warrier Princess

No offence, but I wouldn't fight my way past her to get to you.

I do hope we don't get John Hannah in full frontal nudity and explicit sex.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson
