    Be aware: Parasol - no any 24/7 support!

    Today made a call to the Parasol helpline that they are so "proud of".
    And found out that there is no any support at all. The only thing they do is logging a call for someone to call you back during the normal working hours. So if today is Friday, they'll give me a call back on Monday.

    What's the point of this support i wonder?
