How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

The real rules are:
Everyone should have a gun and shoot it at all times
Speed limits are evil and were invented by Labour in 1998 everyone should be allowed to do what the flick they want on the roads, especially if they drive a chavvy BMW.
Socialists and Labour voters are scum
The Tories are wonderful and have never done anything wrong ever
