I did this beer can chicken thing I'd seen on the telly. Get some chilli, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, brown sugar, salt and pepper and bash the tulip out of it. Then add some olive oil and coat the chicken inside and out with it. Then get a can of lager, drink about half and then sit the chicken onto the open can - I was tempted to make about 20 Stella chickens but our ovens are not big enough! As it cooks the moisture from the lager keeps the chicken moist.
