Any pythons like live food. I know 'cos I used to help my big bruvva feed live mice to his snakes. Great fun when you're 14.
So she'll probably be breeding her own mice too. Unless she is buying them fresh from the pet shop.
Does the letting agreement allow the tenant to breed / bring in rodents?
It is her folks snake, not hers - she is just as fearful of the darned thing as I was!
It is the other guys decision to accept her which I agree with, she is a really nice person, who will fit in just fine

I am renting a flat, had a viewing for the third and last room.
This really nice lady was the lucky new lodger, with bad landlord problems, as he was trying to get into her bed – most literally, and snooping about her things.
She is now staying at her mum’s house until she can move to her new place.
To allow a speedy move I drove over to her mum’s place with the keys so she can get moving.
Only to be greeted by a python in the lounge.
Hmm, this should be interesting.Work in the public sector? Read the IR35 FAQ hereComment

Hmm, this should be interesting.
Got two fresh people just moved in, the third just chosen by the existing two yesterday.
I must be getting soft in my old age, driving over the county with keys to save her from the landlord from hell! Those young puppy eyes melted me I think......Last edited by Wilmslow; 11 January 2010, 13:07.Comment

As a landlord with 20+ years' experience, I can tell you that even the most normal-seeming tenants can turn out to be complete loons. Any who appear to be weird on day 1, including those who "didn't get on with their previous landlord" - AVOID!!Comment
