New business venture.
Get yer lovely kebabs!Darras Hall is a wealthy estate on the suburbs of Ponteland near Newcastle Upon Tyne. It is approximately 2 miles away from Newcastle International Airport and it is one of the most affluent estates in the North East of England. Some famous current and former professional footballers such as Alan Shearer and Peter Beardsley live on the estate. Nearby towns and villages are Throckley, Westerhope, Gosforth, Hazlerigg, Brunswick. Local shopping facilities are located at the 'Broadway Shopping Centre'. At present there is a vast amount of building work occuring where some of the smaller tennements used to exist for example bungalows that were situated in expansive grounds. These large plots are being utilised to produce vast mansions further adding to the exclusivity of Darras Hall. In times gone by Darras Hall was known as Dorris Hall pertaining to the lady of the now non existant manor. Many of the gardens in Darras Hall still have evidence of being part of a grand house with various apple trees and plum trees, reminants of the old orchards that once sprawled the countryside. In Newcastle hailing from Darras Hall is the stuff of legends.Behold the warranty -- the bold print giveth and the fine print taketh away.Comment
