    How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

        Talking of which, I have a 2 litre bottle of Irn Bru I bought for Xmas (don't ask why).

        If I use Irn Bru as the mixer, which spirit goes with it?

          That depends on available resources:
          1. What do you have in stock?
          2. How desperate are you?
          3. Are you sober enough to get to an off licence?
          4. Are there any off licences open in your neck of the woods?

            I have a goodly selection of spirits and liqueurs in stock.
            I am not desperate at all - just curious.
            I can't be arsed going out in the cold.
            The nearest offie is 5 minutes away and never shuts.

            I just wanted to know if there were any traditional Irn Bru 'cocktails' such as Irn Bru & Archers (which should go well) or Irn Bru & Southern Comfort (which might be too sweet).
