When I were a lad, I did a few paper rounds. It paid enough for gliding, and later flying lessons.
I used to do the collections on a Friday too. Which made me really good at cross-country cycling on the final leg back to the shop; I was the only paper boy he had who never got robbed.
Eventually when I told the guy that I had to pack in 'cause I was leaving the area, he cried.Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.
