I wouldn't swap smoking for not smoking for all the tea in China (or the tobacco) but it was a habit that I enjoyed at the time.
If you are thinking of quitting you will be FAR BETTER OFF WITHOUT IT in a very short time. Blog it on here if you feel the urge, by the time you've written it down, the immediate urge WILL have passed!Comment
