It's a habit which makes me feel ill now, esp. today, but my circle of friends are almost all smokers, and down the pub after a few beers to weaken one's resolve, it's all to easy to nip out for a smoke with the others.
God damn I'm so weak willed
but it's a good job I've never tried cocaine or tulip like that, else I'd be really in trouble.

I just gave up smoking completely. If you make your mind up to stop, just do it. It's a hell of a lot easier than doing it by degrees.Comment
