- that the effects of the recession will dissipate early next year.
- House prices will rise dramatically
- Manufacturing and export will increase dispte the meteoric rise in the strength of the pound.
- Banks will increase lending at lower rates

Crime and poverty wide spread.How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
