    Companies profits - how to find out ?

    Are private US companies required to make available to the public their earnings like UK ones ? Anyone knows where do you go to get this data ?

          I just went and fetched mine.

          It cost £1.

          It was a copy of the abbreviated accounts.

          Edit: Another example:

          Company no. Company name Order Description Price
          01800000 BRITISH TELECOMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY GROUP OF COMPANIES' ACCOUNTS MADE UP TO 31/03/09 £1.00
