            Am going to do a Christmas food shop at 3am tomorrow, as darling Ben will have me awake anyway, so may as well. Then I am taking him for his first milk stout down at the local, to watch the carol singers.
            Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

              Supposed to be sailing (brrrrrr) but the skipper is currently snowed in in kent so may get cancelled in which case, mmm, nice warm pub...

                  Tonight hot toddys in front of a nice fire ( was supposed to have Norrcorp xmas do at Hibiscus, but owing to weather, am confined to home)

                    Off to frogland with le girlfriend to do the Christmas rounds for the next 2 weeks. Driving and catching the ferry so that should be interesting ... (well driving the ferry isn’t too hard but you needs a big hook to catch it with yaaarrrr)

                      today - flying munich to cologne to see gf chef before xmas

                      tomorrow - flying cologne to manchester via heathrow t5 to collect snowboard gear

                      sunday - flying leeds bradford to chamberry and then driving up to Courchevel/French Alps 3 valleys with best mate for a weeks snowboarding
