    He's brilliant at building tension and there are some fine examples in this flick, his imagery in some parts was sublime and ofcourse there is the usual over the top, shock violence. Overall though its not on a par with his best, and I'm not sure his films work that well in a World War Two setting.
    He started out well, the opening scene in the farm house was very good, but quickly descended into pantomime villain territory.

      Not that impressed either. One I did rather like was The International with Clive Owen. Rather topical too.

        To be fair, John Travolta wasn’t worth the effort before Pulp. Massive Tarantino fan, yet I haven’t seen this yet ... I do hope...
