Given the state of Ukraine's finances and banking system, the cost of the firebomb will probably be greater than the cost of repairing the damage it would do. -
They'll still break your legs though. It will be a lot cheaper than court proceedings...Originally posted by centurian View PostGiven the state of Ukraine's finances and banking system, the cost of the firebomb will probably be greater than the cost of repairing the damage it would do.Comment

I have an extreme fear of flying. When I flew to Australia I asked my doctor to give me something for the 6 flights I would have to take, she gave me 10 2mg of Valium and told me it would do me for a year, I had taken them all by the time I got to gatwick. Thankfully there was a sympathetic doctor in Bali who squared me up with a shed load more for 50 dollars.Comment

have a good flight s/y.
i share your fears - after being at lockerbie with the mountain rescue i was terrified of flying. i'm still a bit nervous. i chatted to hyperd about it [he's a pilot], that helped, had hypnosis, that helped and took some of those little pills of minestrone's - all helped.
you'll be fine, sit back, relax and enjoy the flight and we'll see you when you get back.Comment

Sure, no worries. If "err, you know" happens, and the laptop survives, and can be found ..... you can have it.Originally posted by oracleslave View PostCan I have your laptop, if, err, you know?

1 Star : Air KoryoOriginally posted by centurian View PostIf those lot are 2 star, wtf are 1 star, or 0 star airlines like...

0 Star ( Unrated ) : These Guys1 Star Ranking represents a very poor Quality performance - falling below the industry average in the different competitive rankings of Product and Service standards.
The 1 Star Airline ranking represents very poor standards of Product across all travel categories, with poor, inconsistent standards of Staff Service delivery in Onboard and Airport environments.
The Unclassified Airline category covers airlines that are subject to a Star Ranking review, or are not registered in the programme, or are airlines which have been suspended / dropped from the Star Ranking programme.
Suspending an airline from Star Ranking may relate to concerns about safety, or where wide variations of product/service inconsistency and reliability make ranking inaccurate. Once an airline ceases operating, its Star Rating is suspended."Being nice costs nothing and sometimes gets you extra bacon" - Pondlife.Comment
