I've just landed a maternity cover extension for a year, but I can't believe anyone would stay off that long so I'll probably be on my bike earlier.Science isn't about why, it's about why not. I had a 12 week intensive evening class of 3hrs/wk and am about to go looking for a private tutor. gf chef is german and also a teacher but being taught a language by gf will only end up with a lot of slammed doors IMO. Work is an english speaking project and weekday evenings are spent with a landaner so I dont get as much practice in as I'd likeOriginally posted by alreadypacked View Post

I have given up even thinking about learning another language, I was in Zurich for a few years and I was asked if I wanted to learn Swiss German.Originally posted by chef View PostI had a 12 week intensive evening class of 3hrs/wk and am about to go looking for a private tutor. gf chef is german and also a teacher but being taught a language by gf will only end up with a lot of slammed doors IMO.
