Apart from the chopping to make the arithmetic symbols, I like to mix in a tin of alphabeti spaghetti and do algebra. And a third tin of plain spaghetti helps to make integration and square root symbols.

It is scary how similar to me some of the people on this board are.

(Although I use wholemeal noodles for ζ etc. as it has the required stickiness to stay put once formed.)
