Never, if she gets job agent will be chasing her to the ends of the earth, otherwise she will never from them again. Chasing agent is just an exercise in frustration

As others have said, until you have the job don't stop looking for other positions

ps: you don't "have the job" until contract is signed and you have started your first day (if contractor, until you have finished your first week)
