      Here's a good linky. This guy knows his stuff and his articles are good. Basically I'd say pick the sport that has athletes who look the way you want to look and then follow his training suggestions. Common sense really.

      Gyms will never tell you to train like an athlete because they are concerned with two things;
      1 keep you coming along for ages and renewing your subscription; hence they don't want you to get results too quickly or to get the idea you can do it yourself
      2 they are scared of liability if you get injured or sick, as too many fat numpties collapse in a heap and never get up after a tough session

        Well I do not have time to exercise until I finish Uni but I have lost 3 stone in 9 weeks on the Lighter Life Program – its not a solution it’s a short term fix, the big thing to remember is that you were eating to sustain your working day, now you are on the bench you are doing less but eating the same (or worse) if you watch what goes in you do not have to worry about taking it out (energy wise chaps)

              Do you;

              - watch telly?
              - piss around on the internet?
              - go to t'pub?

              Answer 'Yes' to any of these questions and you have time to exercise.

                That wouldn't get rid of fat though, only pus. Testing fail.
