Agents should be taught lessons about the geography of London too. In my contracting days I used to get some very strange ideas from them about where things are in London or what was actually in London (such as Heathrow).How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
