Another other cliches you'd like to spout?

I used to do all 3 to excess, the only one I do now is red meat.
Can't say I miss the smoking, and drinking excessively, actually there's no doubt I feel much better.
    Hard Brexit now!

              stop it.
i demand that you stop it.

what about someone who is a non-smoker and who drinks a lot, but then has one pint less, say on a wednesday.
does that tip them over to being Happy-neutral on monday and tuesday, then a little bit happy on wednesday ?

                Don't know - why don't you experiment.
Keep a diary and post it on here - I'm sure everyone will read it avidly.

I am not going to fall for that one.
My happiness is determined by how many nice holidays I have, and how much of this dreary weather I can avoid.
In other words, it is a great big thermo-nuclear object in the sky that has by far the major influence, not the pitiful causes that we find in your model.

                  hang on a minute......

I've changed my mind about global warming there's a deer species that can't cope with climate change and has been wiped out

the deer couldn't cope with climate change.
