you may laugh, one of the pimps I deal with is an ex contractor who works with the company I'm leaving and as he's trying to fill my role, he has to find me summat else!

Regular 1-1s with pimp and client and also they have incentive bonuses based on performance, away days etc.... They're even throwing an xmas dinner for all contractors who work through them.

Won't be long before he starts behaving like a proper pimp.
