Valuev odds: 10 / 11, 8 / 11, 20 / 21, 10 / 11, 19 / 20, 4 / 5, 10 / 11, 5 / 6, 10 / 11, 4 / 5, 10 / 11, 18 / 19, 4 / 5, 5 / 6, 10 / 11, 5 / 6, 24 / 23, 17 / 16
Hayes odds: 10 / 11, 1, 20 / 21, 10 / 11, 19 / 20, 10 / 11, 10 / 11, 10 / 11, 10 / 11, 10 / 11, 10 / 11, 4 / 5, 10 / 11, 5 / 6, 10 / 11, 5 / 6, 18 / 19, 39 / 40
Which in decimal and other columns I interpreted to:
