I am cooking tonight, salmon in garlic butter, lightly garnished with herbs, and pan fried potatoes, lightly dusted with chicken salt.

      Yum!

I'm having fishfingers - been craving them for days!

sometimes, like once every couple of years, I get a craving for a battered fish from the chippy.

nothing else - just the fish

peel the spuds, boil gently for 15 - 20 mins so they are not quite cooked.

drain the spuds, when they are cool, slice 1cm scollops
heat some olive oil, put the scollops in

put a dollop of butter in a frying pan, grate in a clove or two of garlic.
when it is all melted put the fish in.

after the fish have had 15 minutes, the scollops 20 - 25

put them into two seperate bowls. put the garlic butter into an egg cup
