          bleach didn't sound so hot as a recording, but live, absolutely awesome!

            That's the appeal for me though... they spent about £400 total on the recording so it wasn't as produced as their follow on albums.

                  In 1990 I spent about £700 on a Sony stereo with amp/record deck/twin cassette and a 5 CD changer, which was just massive with a rotating turntable inside for 5 discs
